Canyoning
Canyoning allows you to marvel at the course and power of the water in a fascinating natural landscape that would always remain inaccessible on "normal paths". You slide and jump into crystal-clear pools, rappel down into thunderous waterfalls. All this makes up the fascination of canyoning. In addition, there is of course the thirst for adventure and a large portion of courage, which is demanded of a "canyoner" at every turn.
You can book various basic and special courses with the Canyoning Team Allgäu.
Bowling
In addition, you will certainly find a few fellow campers with whom you can go on a round of bowling, e.g. to the Royal Crystal Baths at the Kurpark.
On a rainy day the whole family will have a lot of fun with the Microbowling Alley in the Castle Brewery in Schwangau.
Golf
Our green meadows invite you to play golf. There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity where there is no club obligation.
Golf clubs in the surroundings: Golf Club Neuschwanstein e.V.
Golf Course on the Gsteig GmbH
The Golf Club on the Gsteig in Lechbruck am See owes its name of the extensive golf course to the farm "Auf der Gsteig". Today's modern clubhouse with all necessary facilities was once its agricultural part. The 18-hole course covers about 96 hectares and guarantees fun for players of all levels. The course is located in the Swabian - Upper Bavarian foothills of the Alps, northwest above the holiday resort of Lechbruck am See and south of the Bernbeuern district of Echerschwang. The view of the Bavarian, Allgäu and Tyrolean Alps is of course particularly attractive.
Golf Course Stenz in Bernbeuren
Whether you want to learn this fascinating sport as a beginner or discover the course as a guest player - here, where the most beautiful holiday regions, the East Allgäu and the Pfaffenwinkel border each other, you are always at the right address. Perfect to experience and enjoy golf in the midst of a dreamlike pre-alpine landscape at the foot of the mountain Auerberg. The golf course with its slightly hanging fairways and greens is challenging to play - a good eye is required here. In order to reach the green, it is always crucial how precisely the respective shots are taken. No course can be compared to another, so the game remains varied and exciting.
The Alpenseehof Golf Course in Nesselwang
The golf course Alpenseehof in Nesselwang belongs to the Alpenseehof farm, where you can ideally combine the typical Allgäu farm holiday with wellness and golf. The golf course is beautifully situated on the Attlesee landscape and nature reserve with a view of the Allgäu Alps. The area includes: an 18-hole stepped putting green (approx. 700 square metres in size); a pitching and chipping green including sand bunkers; a driving range with mat and grass tees; four covered tees with practice targets and five golf courses. To play on the courses, however, a license is required.
